Over eight unforgettable days, participants will honor the generation that answered the call, experience the places and stories that shaped the war, and remember the more than 72,000 Americans from World War II who still have not come home.

Pearl Harbor 85 was created for those who believe history deserves more than a passing visit.
Rather than following a traditional tour itinerary, participants will spend the week immersed in the events, decisions, sacrifices, and enduring legacy of December 7, 1941. Through expert interpretation, meaningful discussion, and shared experiences, the mission provides a deeper understanding of how Pearl Harbor shaped the course of World War II—and why its lessons still matter today.
At the heart of the mission is a commitment to remembrance. Every experience is designed not only to honor those who served, but also to recognize the more than 72,000 Americans from World War II who remain missing. Together, we remember the past while supporting the ongoing effort to fulfill our nation’s promise to bring them home.

Pearl Harbor 85 has been thoughtfully designed around experiences that few Americans will ever have the opportunity to share.
Over eight days, you'll move beyond the public visitor experience into a carefully curated journey that blends history, remembrance, fellowship, and Hawaii's enduring spirit. You'll stand in places where history was written, participate in commemorative ceremonies honoring the Greatest Generation, and enjoy exceptional evenings that celebrate the friendships forged throughout the week.
The mission includes private wreath-laying ceremonies at Pearl Harbor's memorials, the Pearl Harbor 85 Victory Ball aboard the historic USS Missouri, exclusive access to a World War II prisoner-of-war camp closed to the public for more than eight decades, a commemorative ruck march honoring those who served, immersive historical exploration of Pearl Harbor and Oahu, a traditional Hawaiian luau, hosted evening gatherings, and other carefully curated experiences throughout the mission.
Every element has been selected with purpose—to honor the legacy of those who came before us, deepen your understanding of the history that unfolded here, and create the kind of moments that remain with you long after you return home.

Throughout the week, historians and subject-matter experts will help you read what is in front of you—the harbor approaches, the battle sites, the memorials, the surviving structures, and the decisions that shaped the morning of December 7, 1941.
You will go beyond dates and landmarks to understand how the attack unfolded, what the men and women there experienced, how Americans responded, and how one morning changed the course of the war.

The Victory Ball, aboard USS Missouri
As the sun sets over Pearl Harbor, you’ll step aboard the legendary USS Missouri for an evening unlike any other.
On the very decks where World War II officially came to an end, the Pearl Harbor 85 Victory Ball brings together patriots, veterans, military leaders, and supporters who share a common commitment to honoring those who served—and those who never returned.
Enjoy an elegant evening of exceptional dining, live entertainment, and camaraderie in one of the most historically significant settings in the world. More than a celebration, the Victory Ball directly supports Tours of Duty’s ongoing mission to locate, recover, and account for America’s missing heroes. Every reservation helps advance the work of bringing answers to families who have waited far too long.

THE VICTORY DINNER

Chef Andre Rush brings more than culinary distinction to the table.
An Army combat veteran, former White House chef, and longtime advocate for America’s veterans, Chef Rush will create a Victory Dinner that reflects the strength, sacrifice, and spirit of the Greatest Generation.
The evening will draw inspiration from the wartime tradition of gathering around the table after hardship, uncertainty, and service—reimagined as an elevated culinary experience for this historic anniversary.
It is a dinner designed not only to be enjoyed, but to mean something: a celebration of resilience, shared purpose, and the enduring bond between those who served and the nation they defended.
THE UNFINISHED MISSION
More than 72,000 Americans remain missing from World War II.
For most Americans, the war ended in 1945. For thousands of families, it never truly did.
Some never received answers. Some never had a place to mourn. Some have now passed the unanswered questions from one generation to the next, still hoping that one day someone will find the one piece of evidence that finally brings their loved one home.
Every American still missing was someone’s child. Someone’s sibling. Someone’s friend. Someone who believed they would return home. Many never had the chance. By participating in Pearl Harbor 85, you become part of the promise that they will not be forgotten.
Your participation directly supports Tours of Duty’s work to investigate unresolved cases, pursue overlooked leads, preserve irreplaceable history, and continue the search for America’s missing. Because our obligation does not end when the guns fall silent. It ends only when the last American is finally brought home.

Your hosted mission includes seven nights at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki, immersive historical programming, commemorative experiences throughout the week, the Pearl Harbor 85 Victory Ball aboard the USS Missouri, and a culinary experience curated by Chef Andre Rush.
