Arlington National Cemetery
Tours of Duty is honored to invite the public to a solemn and poignant event commemorating POW/MIA Recognition Day. On Friday, September 15th, 2023, at the hallowed grounds of Arlington National Cemetery, we will gather to pay tribute to the brave men and women who were Prisoners of War (POWs) and those who remain Missing in Action (MIA).
The event will feature a wreath-laying ceremony at The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, a symbol of our nation’s eternal respect and gratitude for those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms.
POW/MIA Recognition Day is a solemn occasion for our nation to remember the sacrifices made by our servicemen and servicewomen who were held captive or are still unaccounted for. Tours of Duty is committed to ensuring their memory lives on and that their families receive the support and recognition they deserve.
