Amanda is a senior executive with Fortune 500 experience who leverages strong leadership abilities in large-scale, highly regulated, multicultural programs.  Ms. Rutledge has over 20 years of international operations and project management with a proven track record of successfully establishing, implementing, and guiding programs, projects, and organizational strategies.

Amanda’s accomplishments include her role as the Program Manager for the US Department of State’s Baghdad Embassy Security Program to provide safety and security for more than 5,000 embassy personnel daily. Her contributions involved successfully implementing the transition of the program from the DOD to the DOS involving more than 1500 security personnel.

As Principal at International Security Services of the Americas, Inc. in Lima, Peru, Amanda was the driving force behind the company’s establishment, engineering, and implementation. Her expertise extended to the development and execution of a groundbreaking cross-jurisdictional law enforcement enhancement program. This program, aimed at bolstering the capabilities of the government of Peru, Peru National Police, and Serenazgo, involved creating customized predictive analytics, facial recognition, and vehicle plate recognition solutions, and curated training curricula.

Amanda currently serves as the Vice-President on the board of directors for a non-profit formed to recognize the contractors who conducted high threat security operations in some of the world’s most austere environments. Her focus is on strategic planning, operational oversight, program management, organizing fundraising efforts, and supporting the organizations president.
